Jakarta, Indonesia

QA Engineer (2 to 3 positions available)

Education: Degree / Diploma, 2 years' experience preferred, fresh grads welcome
Responsibilities:
  • Help to define, create, and flush out and document software requirements
  • Create test plans and automated testing suites derived from requirements
  • Perform usability, functional and regression testing
  • Document test results in an issues tracking system and proactively communicate issues with developers and other project team members
  • Work closely with the development team to help determine the root cause of discovered defects
Requirements:
  • Experience with using and/or developing test tool for web-based applications (Strong experience with automation test tools - PHPUnit, Selenium etc. preferred)
  • Must be a critical thinker with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong partnership and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of relational databases and exceptional web programming skills would be an advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail


Mobile App Developer (2 to 3 positions available)

Education: Degree / Diploma, 2 years' experience preferred, fresh grads welcome
Responsibilities:
  • Planning, designing and developing mobile apps, including its backend systems, services, and related APIs
  • Work closely with the development team to enable user interactions
  • Maintaining current application
Requirements:
  • Familiar (Proven skills preferred) with development in at least one of these mobile platforms: Blackberry, Android, iOS, or Windows Phone
  • Experience with mobile web technologies like HTML5, jQuery Mobile and RESTful services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
  • Familiar with software development methodologies and testing best practices
  • Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Web Services, and System Architectures

Requirements:

System Administrator (2 to 3 positions available)

Education: Degree, 2 years' experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for system installation, configuration, integration, maintenance, performance management, security management, failure analysis and recovery, and user support
  • Responsible for support and troubleshooting system issues
  • Responsible for helping to create IT policies and procedures according to industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Familiar with UNIX/LINUX system is a must
  • Strong experience/background in networking
  • Proven track record of maintaining server uptime and availability of DNS, HTTP, SMTP, and other net infrastructure/services
  • Experience administrating Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, etc) or similar cloud services
  • Experience maintaining multiple environments and configurations using Puppet, Chef, CFEngine or similar
  • Strong exposure to software development methodologies, programming languages, and environments is a plus

UX Designer Head (1 position available)

Education: Degree, 3 years' experience minimum
Responsibilities:
  • Take a leadership role in developing the IA and UX for various platforms and channels (Web, Mobile Web, Mobile App)
  • Participate in product strategy development and rapid prototyping
  • Use a persona-driven approach to developing design rationale. Articulate UX concepts and solutions through scenarios and visualizations
  • Lead research to garner a deeper understanding of the target's needs, tasks, and goals
  • Develop detailed interaction, visual design and wireframe specifications that incorporate all technical, editorial, and usability specifications for new products, websites, mobile apps and kiosks
  • Work closely with development teams, marketing, business operations and visual designers to translate high level business requirements into detailed user experience designs
  • Leverage the latest best practices and trends in visual design

and offer active thought leadership in User Experience issues and trends
  • Participate in the development of the long-term vision for our products and their user experience based on product and market trends and corporate direction
  • Insure the application of UX/UI standards and processes including user feedback and testing through design and development
  • Participate in user research and usability testing when needed or appropriate
  • Create beautiful visuals, ranging from content layouts to icons and illustrations
  • Conceive and develop information graphics (e.g., charts, diagrams, maps, icons) for - print, exhibit or screen
  • Design, document, present and deliver timely user interface designs and prototypes
  • Design effective marketing pages and email newsletters for our web and mobile products
  • Demonstrate a thorough appreciation and understanding of the latest web and mobile technologies and trends, usability techniques, and usable interface solutions
  • Identify problem areas in our product and create innovative solutions that improve the user experience and optimize workflow
  • Use "best practices" and design patterns to create storyboards, UX workflows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed product specifications
  • Work with our Marketing and Product team to translate user needs and business requirements into clear product specifications
Requirements:
  • Have a degree in visual communications, product design, human computer interaction or equivalent, with at least three years of professional experience in designing interactions

  • Able to visualize, own and execute the creation of an experience from initial concept to final pixel perfect implementation.

Merchant Sales Representative

Merchant Sales Representative bertanggung jawab untuk menjual pelayanan taraf premium kepada penjual (merchant) skala kecil yang beroperasi dalam lingkup Multiply Marketplace di Indonesia. Anda akan menghasilkan peluang bisnis skala kecil baru, menentukan kualifikasi dari peluang yang dihasilkan oleh Perusahaan, meningkatkan penjualan dari akun yang sudah ada, merekrut penjual (merchant) taraf Premium ke Marketplace.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
  • Menjual produk dalam wilayah penugasan, mempertahankan kuota penjualan yang telah ditentukan dan mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku.
  • Mengenali prospek secara kreatif
  • Memberikan presentasi dan proposal sales kepada klien berprospek, memperkenalkan fitur positif dan keuntungan produk dan pelayanan kami dibandingkan kompetitor.

Customer Service Representative

Customer Support Representatives bertugas untuk menjawab pertanyaan penjual (merchant) dan pembeli di Multiply Marketplace. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut akan datang melalui telepon, email, SMS atau halaman Multiply. Isu yang harus dihadapi termasuk produk tidak datang pada waktu yang dijanjikan, laporan penipuan, permintaan dukungan perangkat lunak bagi penjual, ataupun verifikasi pembayaran atau transfer dan beberapa isu lainnya. Anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah tersebut demi meraih kepuasan pelanggan dan menjaga reputasi Multiply agar tetap baik.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
  • Menjawab pertanyaan dan menyelesaikan permasalahan berkaitan dengan aktivitas pembelian dan penjual di Multiply Marketplace.
  • Membantu penjual dan pembeli dengan proses pendataran.
  • Mencatat semua aktivitas berkaitan dengan semua akun di sistem CRM kami.
  • Memperhantkan keperluan pelanggan dan mengalokasi personil sales yang memadai untuk mendukung proses penjualan
