Requirements :
1. Have passed S1 or are undergoing S2
2. Educational background : Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Management
3. Minimum GPA of 3.00
4. Having good communication skills
5. Having a high motivation to learn
6. Able to work together in teams
7. Willing to work full time for 5 months
