Chevron is a major partner in Indonesia's economy and an active member of the community. Through our wholly owned subsidiary PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia, we are the largest producer of Indonesia's crude oil. We are searching for new oil and gas reserves from central Sumatra to offshore East Kalimantan. We have begun design work on our deepwater natural gas project off East Kalimantan through Chevron Indonesia Company Our geothermal operations in Indonesia help make Chevron the largest producer of geothermal energy in the world. Chevron sells lubricants in Indonesia through our subsidiary PT Chevron Oil Products Indonesia. 

Job Title / Code : Planning Engineer

Summary of Job / Qualification :
    Have educational and experience requirements that include a relevant degree plus five or more years similar engineering and construction scheduling experience
    Must have experience in capital projects in industrial construction.  Have understanding of industry/construction/engineering work practices, processes and sequencing and their impact on project scheduling activities is essential
    Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required
    Must have a technical aptitude, able to analyze information, prepare reports, and drive efficiency
    Able to implement  E&A development plans for all opportunities in alignment with BD capture expectations
    Able to maintain E&A plans for all opportunities from capture through E&A drilling
    Able to ensure timely preparation and approval and management of all contracts associated with E&A development
    Have skill/working knowledge of computer scheduling programs (i.e. Primavera, P3, Microsoft Project, SureTrak) and department computer system is beneficial
    Have proficiency in MS-Office applications, including an exceptional grasp of Excel
    Have effective interpersonal skills and fluent/Excellent in verbal and written communication: English & Bahasa
    Able to travel to job sites as required (approx. 30%)
