About the program:
It is BP’s global early career professional development program for all technical and professional disciplines. You will be immediately hired as a permanent staff and will be engaged in a structured curriculum  up until the end of the multi-year program. You will be getting:

Requirement :
•    Graduating in the near future (up to mid of 2013) or have graduated with Bachelor Degree
•    Having less than 3 years of full-time work experience by March 2013
•    Minimum 3.0 GPA and graduated from a reputable university
•    Outstanding academic achievement, strong leadership and organizational experience with excellent communication skills
•    Fluency in the English language – written and verbal
