Responsibilities and
Scope of Activities
-
To plan and supervise the preparation of
pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation for project (with regard to
procedures, quality, HSE, cost and schedule optimization) to the full
satisfaction of Operations;
-
To prepare and follow up on progress reports and
reserves by pre-commissioning and commissioning team; -To ensure that
subordinates and contractors are aware of and comply with HSE rules and
regulations;
-
To direct commissioning preparation and
execution both on the fabrication site and offshore in order to deliver an installation
to COMPANY operation divisions ready for operation on schedule;.
-
To manage activities from
Ready-for-Commissioning (RFC) status to Ready-for-Start-up (RSU) status;
-
To ensure that the work s performed according to
company specifications;
-
Coordinating and interfacing with other entities
such as Project or Construction Management Team, FO start-up team , RSES to
insure a smooth Hand over of the new facilities to FO team;
-
Maintaining the transference and conveyance of
all COMPANY applicable commissioning methodologies and procedures to all
COMPANY personnel involved in the commissioning WORKS
-
Pursuing the HSE objectives defined by his
hierarchical superiors;
-
Ensuring that his activities are carried out in
compliance with COMPANY HSE procedures and standards; -Planning and supervising
the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation for
project in accordance with COMPANY rules and procedures;
-
Checking that pre-commissioning and
commissioning activities are correctly taken into account in project schedule;
-
Ensuring the proper succession of
pre-commissioning and commissioning sequences with construction, schedule and
operations.;
-
Ensuring the mobilization of pre-commissioning
and commissioning teams as required; to make sure that personnel can use !CAPS
and, if not, to organize appropriate training;
-
Following the Preparation of !CAPS database
(pre-commissioning and commissioning) for each discipline; -Generating pre-commissioning
and commissioning files and the corresponding dossiers;
-
Monitoring the progress for pre-commissioning
and commissioning activities;
-
Generating progress reports and reserves for
each pre-commissioning and commissioning task; -Bering regularly on site to
guarantee the quality of the work;
-
Handing over fully documented and commissioned
installations to the operations/start-up team;
-
Promoting the expansion of local content;
-
Following up the Punch List clearance before
RFSU and after Start Up
-
Insure that the commissioning spare part are
identified and ordered on time
-
To define and quantify the utility and
consumable needs for the commissioning activities
-
Submitting weekly reports to his hierarchical
superiors and prepare special reports as required;
-
Carrying out any other duties or tasks that may
be assigned by his hierarchical superiors.
