Our Well-established & prestigious Restaurants, Cafe, Wedding Venue are expending, we are looking for position as follow:

Pastry Chef
Jawa Barat - Cirebon


Requirements:
    Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Pastry & Baking or Culinary Skills or related field.
    Having minimum 2 years in the field
    Prepares and presents a broad array of cakes, pastries, desserts, cakes, petit fours which meet customer expectations.
    Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
    Good knowledge in and experience in French pastry, Ice cream, Royal Icing, Fondant, Cookies and Chocolate for Pastry Chef.
    Having strong leadership and be able to manager food quality and control pastry operation
    Able to calculate food cost
    Able to work professionally under pressure condition
    Dynamic personality with excellent leadership and organization skills
    Willingness to work long hours
    Must be willing to work in Cirebon, Jawa Barat and conduct a short interview in Cirebon
