Responsibilities:
    Recruit & Build new team of Sales
    Deliver training to the new recruit

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    At least 2 – 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent. Job role in Management or Insurance Agent.
    Have working experience to develop a team of sales
    Have working experience to recruit new sales/agent to built new sales team
    Preferred Sales area manager, Agency Manager, Unit Manager, Sales Manager in Life insurance, Insurance or financial services industry.
    Good communication & Interpersonal Skill
    Excellent presentation Skill
    Teamwork and target oriented
    Able to excel under pressure
