To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units: GIANT, HERO, GUARDIAN, and STARMART with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:

Complex Manager for Cirebon (Code: CMC)
Cirebon (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
    To be responsible for the day to day management of the Complex and ensuring the achievement of the operating budget

Requirements:
    Graduate from S1 or bachelor degree
    At least 5 years related experiences working in the same position
    Strong knowledge regarding Leasing administration and regulation, Building regulation and Maintenance programs (including safety and security procedures)
    Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, and excellence communications skill
    Willing to be placement in Cirebon
    English proficiency both oral and written is a must
