Requirements
- Graduate from S1 or Bachelor degree
- At least 5 years related experiences working in the same position
- Strong knowledge regarding Leasing administration and regulation, Building regulation and Maintenance programs (including safety and security procedures)
- Good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill and excellence communications skill
- Willing to be placement in Cirebon
- English proficiency both oral and written is a must
